So I will be interviewing after the holidays for another position (like the one from a few months ago) in our corporate office. It’s a job that I know I can do well, I just need to wow them in the interview.
Jobs are much like relationships in that respect. Some people do well in the interview (seeing someone), but when they get to the actual job (dating), they totally bomb. Others don’t do well up front, but are good once in the position.
Is one better than the other? It all depends on who you ask. In either event, the confidence to try is the important part. Don’t set your goals low, keep your talents at your disposal, and be as honest as possible. Three things to remember in work and love.
One hour and fifteen minutes to Christmas Eve…
