Police blotter madness..

Littering. A 23-year-old man was cited for littering at Ulysses Street and 125th Avenue NE. after he was observed throwing a McDonald’s cup out of the window of his vehicle.

He wasn’t ticketed for throwing the garbage out of his car.  He littered when he put that garbage into his body.

Theft. Two pairs of earrings were stolen from a garage sale on the 10000 block of Butternut Street NW.

Police gathered 75-cents in change and paid the owner. Then bought the couch nearby for a quarter.

Theft. A 31-year-old woman called police to report a theft at her apartment on the 6500 block of East River Road. The woman told officers she had met a man online and he came over to her apartment. She said when she woke up from a nap, he was gone along with her laptop computer and iPod.

NAPMATCH.COM declined to comment.

Theft. A license plate and foot peg grip were stolen from a motorcycle parked at a rental residence in the 1400 block of 8th Av. S.

Who parks their motorcycle in the street?  (This was Andy’s bike..)

Theft. A 68-year-old woman was arrested for theft of clothing valued at $9.99 from JCPenney’s at Southdale Center.

She apparently stole it from the ONLY non-clearance rack in the store.

Theft. More than $1,500 worth of medications were stolen from the pharmacy at Wal-Mart, 9451 Dunkirk Lane.

That’s one hell of a bladder infection.

Theft. Extension cord valued at $625 was stolen from a construction site at Duckwood Drive and Interstate 35E.

They paid WAY too much for the cord.  $50 Home Depot..

Threats. An employee of Pizza Hut, 2135 Cliff Road, reported that a customer who had ordered a pizza called back and threatened to beat the employee up.

FYI, Apparently “The Hut” is running a “30-minutes or it’s an asskicking” special..

Theft. A bicycle was reported stolen in the 14700 block of Chili Avenue.

The bike was later found abandoned on the intersection of Fartsalot Lane and Indigestion Way.

Animal concern. A turtle was reported in the roadway in the area of Jamaca Avenue and Hwy. 5. Police were unable to locate the creature.

Damn.  Shredder got him.

Vehicle tampering. Someone wrote on two vehicles with a bingo pen while they were parked in the driveway of a home on the 10300 block of Fillmore Place NE.

What’d they write?  G17…B13….N4..

Theft. A stapler and scissors valued at $23 were stolen from a business on the 300 block of Birch Street South.

Whoop..Milton got his stapler back.
